Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Put the butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a big bowl and mix until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and stir until well combined.
- Stir in vanilla.
- In a different bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add this gradually to the wet ingredients.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix them in.
- Cookie dough is dropped in spoonfuls onto baking sheets that have not been tarred.
- Bake for ten to twelve minutes, or until golden brown.
